Dirty Maintenance Nation would like to shine a spotlight on Chad Henry this week. He and Ty Petersen got a call Thursday about a bouncy floor. After pulling the carpet, there was damage to the subfloor. They ended up having to remove the subfloor and replace most of the supports as well as add additional stringers before putting in a new floor.
The picture above is what it looked like Friday morning. By 5:30pm on that same Friday, her carpet was stretched and her furniture was back in place. Here’s to you Chad Henry and your pal Ty Petersen.
